Mirk of The New Familiars Prepare New Album Love [Upcoming Releases]
Mirk was previously featured on Hip-Hop Kings with the news that he sold the track “Crispy Benjamins” to Hip-Hop mogul Jay-Z. Mirk is part of “The New Familiars” who have announced they are preparing to release their debut album LOVE in June 2010. Joshua “Mirk” Mirsky is rubbing shoulders with the biggest of Hip-Hop stars and will be a more familiar name throughout the course of the year. The album should be sounding good. I’m not sure which direction they’ll be going but I think it’s going to be a pop album. The video with Maxwell looks good.
If this guy is so great, how come there is already a band called The New Familiars that own http://www.thenewfamiliars.com and are playing SXSW as well as all the way to Utah and back again…sounds like this guy needs to learn about property rights and originality!
