Thanks to the lovely people at HypeDog for responding with some great U.K video foorage for Ramson Badbonez. The popular single “Fuck a 9-5″ is arguably his biggest track, but support from the likes of DJ Gone, and Charlie Sloth at BBC 1xtra have seen two videos of Ramson doing what he does best. You can watch the Ramson Badbonez video with DJ Gone and Charlie Sloth on the BBC 1xtra show below.
Following my plea on twitter for U.K Hip-Hop artists to contact me – Mars was the first to hit me up with his new single “Stash”. Mars certainly from the U.K, but his music is great, and isn’t new to Hip-Hop Kings as I’ve featured his previous two tracks “The Rain” and “Run 4 It” which both resulted in good feedback on the forum and from main blog viewers. Enough talking – you can listen to Mars – Stash on the player below.
Below is the official behind the scenes video to DJ Webstar‘s video for “Tipsy” featuring Jadakiss and Serani. It appears that rappers enjoy releasing behind the scenes footage as a more interactive way to communicate with fans. DJ Webstar has been making big moves recently, and Webstar’s “Straight Outta Harlem” mixtape features Drake, Cassie, Diddy, Jim Jones and many others. You can view the behind the scenes footage from DJ Webstar x Jadakiss x Serani for Tipsy below.
This is a collaboration i’m very excited about. Everybody knows Little Brother – one of the greatest Hip-Hop duo to ever live. And Chaundon is a Duck Down Records artist who has featured alongside the likes of Skyzoo and Sean Price. The two have teamed up for “So Cold” a new single which is featured on Little Brother‘s final album “Leftback”. The single has been embeded into YouTube in a slideshow, so you can listen to Little Brother x Chaundon – So Cold on the player below.
Zane Tate presents Not of This World, a digital-only single featuring inspired instrumental Hip Hop alongside dark and moody Downtempo. The title track, filled with big synths and grimey bass lines, invites the listener to imagine a life beyond this one. In contrast, the b-side entitled “Just Visiting” broods over the mundane with pensive pianos and melancholy beats. For more information on Zane Tate you can visit http://zanetate.com/notofthisworld
We’ve seen Rhymefest appearing on Hip-Hop Kings numerous times over the past few months. Along with the videos and music singles, he’s released a mixtape titled “5:18″ ahead of his album “El Che” which is set to drop next month. The mixtape is free to fans, and is an appetiser to El Che. You can view the artwork and download link for Rhymefest – 5:18 mixtape below.

Designed by Ray Robinson, Hieroman includes the group’s infamous three-eyed logo on the front, and a backpack on the back. The unique backface represents Gold Coin’s first vinyl figure. It’s great to feature Darren Hanible again, and unfortunately this was passed to me a month ago which I never managed to host. Darren Hanible is a popular feature on Hip-Hop Kings, and he has joined with Lega C for their track “Cooler Than Me Remix” which is one of Darren’s personal favourites. You can listen to Darren Hanible – Lega C – C0oler Than Me Remix below.
WEB needs no introduction, as he is possibly the most featured artist on Hip-Hop Kings. I did quite like his introduction to the new track Predator, as he said “Hi, my name’s WEB. Suburban white people ask me to freestyle at their parties for their amusement. That is all.”. I guess that’s all you need to know, apart from WEB is currently working alongside Kevin Nottingham in their “Open Bar Season” which Predator marks the eleventh release. You can listen to WEB – Predator below.
