This is the third part of the Lowstarr interview with Hip-Hop Kings. I speak with Lowstarr (formally Lee Ramsay) about the new E.P and the reasoning for delaying the release. In part two of the interview I asked about the single and the video, and in part three Lowstarr explains how he’s had to create a buzz, and the support he’s had from the DJ’s and bloggers across the country.
