DJ Tekwun ft Precise - That Ol Boom Bap

DJ Tekwun ft Precise – That Ol Boom Bap

DJ Tekwun teams up with Chicago based MC Precise, and here is the video for their single That Ol Boom Bap.

Displaying in fine lyrical form his appreciation for the classic 90’s boom bap sound, Precise went on record saying “I ain’t tripping on the golden age music changes all the time in a growing stage, and I ain’t hating on the drill and trap but it wouldn’t be here without that Ol boom bap.” With clear understanding for the ever-changing genre we love, it’s sometimes difficult to move with the times. That Ol Boom Bap is simply a tribute to some of the greatest artist of our generation, as you’ll see in the video which has been uploaded to Precise’s YouTube channel. The single is featured on DJ Tekwun’s “The Boom Bap Project Vol.1”.

Koncept – Understand Me ft Mike Two

We have the brand new video from Brown Bag Allstars Koncept, and Mike Two for the single “Understand Me” which has been uploaded to Koncept’s VEVO channel.

When speaking about the single and video, Koncept said “I’m releasing this video for “Understand Me” featuring Mike Two, produced by Optiks and Max Landry from 14 hours ahead in Seoul, South Korea. I came here for two weeks to play some shows, and while here I got booked for a bunch more in different cities around the country, which led to me pushing my flight back a few weeks.” The video for “Understand Me” was shot and directed in Los Angeles by DJ TJ, and was done right before Koncept headed across to Asia. He’s had a hell of a year and we predict that 2017 is going to be even bigger!

We have been promised a bunch of new music from Koncept in 2017 including the highly anticipated “Flight” album with J57,  an Asian tour and a worldwide tour this summer. The video has been uploaded to Mega Ran’s official YouTube channel and is currently being shared across the blogosphere and with the many fans of Mega Ran. Credits go to Doctor Octoroc who has created the 16-bit arcade style video which has been well received so far.
