Rappertag V2 is back and this time we have new bars from UKHH legend Micall Parknsun. Appropriately titled the Micall Parknsun Rapper Tag 2.6, Parky reminds us why he’s considered one of the best.
The rappertag series is being hosted by our friends over at UKHH and we’ve already seen verses and freestyles from the likes of Datkid, Hoazy, Baileys Brown (aka Dee Green) and of course Micall Parknsun. The Micall Parknsun Rapper Tag 2.6 has really set the bar for further MC’s to follow, which includes Confuscious who Parky tagged in next. Shouts go to DFacer who has filmed the series so far.

This is the latest upload from Don’t Flop for the highly anticipated battle between Copywrite vs Tenchoo which was filmed during the Check Point 3 event in London.
Not much needs to be said to introduce both Copywrite and Tenchoo who are widely regarded as legends in the music and battle rap scene. Copywrite makes his debut battle as himself (check out the Shredder vs Raphael battle) and also his first battle in the UK in Don’t Flop. Tenchoo returns to the stage after a hiatus and a focus on music, for a battle which will remembered and appreciated by the original battle rap fanbase. General consensus is that Tenchoo won the battle fairly easily but it’s a great display from both artists. Copywrite vs Tenchoo will be a battle we remember for a long time.
A few years ago we had the pleasure of being involved with a UK remix of Copywrite’s “God Save the King (Proper English Version)” album which is still available to purchase. The remix album features guest appearances from the likes of Lamarrie Essquire, M9, Genesis Elijah, SAS, Beat Butcha, Endemic, Harry Love, 7th Dan, DJ Sarah Love and Context. Make sure you check out the Copywrite “God Save the King (Proper English Version)” on iTunes. Tenchoo has been working hard promoting the Panic Room 9 which is his latest project. The 8 track album was released on the 9th of May 2016 and was distributed via Starch Records. Make sure you check out both albums and support the artists by downloading the music.

Making his debut on Hip-Hop Kings is North London based artist Taharqa Satti with the video for his single “Transcendence”. Taharqa Satti – Transcendence offers something completely unique and has us excited about hearing music in the future.
It’s incredible to think that this is the start of Taharqa Satti’s journey, with fans urged to remember this is the first video in the public domain. We anticipate looking back at Transcendence in the forthcoming years and remembering that a bar has been set incredibly high for any follow-up work (which inevitably will reach our inbox soon).
If the video isn’t impressive enough, Taharqa Satti produced, mixed and wrote the track himself. Arturo Bandinelli directed the official video which I think you’ll agree did an amazing job, and credits to Ana Beatriz Meireles who also starred in the video. Further credits to “GevArt Films & Snatch Digital” for the production work on the video.
We are keen to share more from Taharqa Satti as it reaches our inbox, but in the meantime make sure you follow Satti on Twitter (@theYYstandout) for the latest music and news.

We have episode two of Constant Deviants’ “Tre Volte” freestyle series which was shared today for a freestyle titled “12 Gauge Rage”. Constant Deviants 12 Gauge Rage has been uploaded to vimeo and the video serves as promotion for the forthcoming album “Omerta”.
In a very progressive and consistent promotional campaign, DJ Cutt and MI are preparing to release Omerta on June 28th 2016. Their label Six2Six Records will house the album, which is being released alongside the film (also titled Six2Six) which features guest actors Treach (Naughty by Nature), Syleena Johnson and Chief Rocker Busy Bee among others. Constant Deviants 12 Gauge Rage is the second video from their Tre Volte video freestyle series – and hopefully not the last before the album drops next month.
Please check out the previous Constant Deviants music we have shared on Hip-Hop Kings including “Cutt For President” and “Hard on These Streets” which are both promo tracks for the upcoming Omerta album. Constant Deviants also released “So Underated” and gave us an exclusive 25 facts about Constant Deviants Omerta which we published earlier this year. You can also follow the lads on twitter (@CNSTNT_DVNTS) to keep up to date with the latest music and live events. The duo will be in New York during the last week of June meeting media and doing more promo ahead of the album drop, which includes a stop on Sunday 26th on DJ Eclipse’s “Rap is Outta Control” show on Sirius XM. You can watch the brand new video from Constant Deviants 12 Gauge Rage on the vimeo player below.
