4orce – thats how it is ft gee bag

Teaming up with Global Faction, 4orce makes his Hip-Hop Kings debut with the video for “Thats How it Is”. 4orce teams up with a more familiar name in Gee Bag.

Full credits go to 4orce (producer, cuts and stratches) and Gee Bag (writing) for the track. That’s How it Is also serves as the name of the collaborative EP by the duo, which provides fans with a clean/dirty version of the single, an instrumental and DJ version, along with the acapella and instrumental with cuts. The true-school style EP is true to the style of the music. A very smooth flow from Gee Bag compliments a very nostalgic-type beat from 4orce.

Earth2Tom ft FRSHRZ – N_Word (Lyric Video)

• May 24, 2017
Earth2Tom - The N_Word

Earth2Tom – The N_Word

Making his debut on Hip-Hop Kings is UK Rapper Earth2Tom who teams up with FRSHRZ for their collaborative lyric video for “N_Word.”

Earth2Tom (Tom Foolery Beats and Charles the Earthman) is a producer duo who frequently collaborate with rappers and artists. The N_Word features FRSHRZ who themselves are a three-piece crew (consisting of Artcha, SKANDOUZ and Dray Styles). As the title of the track suggests, The N_Word see’s the FRSHRZ rap about why we shouldn’t use the N word. When speaking of the track, SKANDOUZ says the following.

“The N word is something the FRSHRZ don’t use in our music. We came up with a song that takes a satirical look at the use of the N word in Hip Hop music with a subliminal message of how we feel about the use of the N word in Hip Hop music. But ultimately its a piece of art, listeners will take away their own meanings from this song. Its not that deep …but then again it is. You decide!”

Part Time Cooks x Koncept - Calling Me Video

Part Time Cooks x Koncept – Calling Me Video

Hip-Hop crew Part Time Cooks and Koncept have teamed up for an official project. The Calling Me video is the first offering from the collaboration.

We were sent the Calling Me Video a few days ago from Brown Bag All-Stars member Koncept, who’s having an excellent time throughout Asia. Part Time Cooks and Koncept will be releasing the project via Korean label Vismajor later this year. We will of course be posting the official artwork and tracklisting when we receive it. Calling Me is sure to be featured along with a host of other brand new music.

We’ve heavily featured Koncept over the years on Hip-Hop Kings. As previously mentioned, the rapper has released inked a deal with Sony Asia. Koncept has been touring different countries within the continent including Thailand and the Philippines. It’s awesome to see an artist we admire and support doing great things oversee’s. Make sure you check the Hip-Hop Kings archives and look out for the previous music including the likes of “Hug Someone” and “Understand Me” which features Mike Two.

It’s only right that we place a disclaimer before you read further. In the below video, President Ronald Trump does lines of “flour”, gets pissed on by a Pikachu-stroking Mafia boss, and takes a dance class with a Zulu King. If that sounds like your brand of vodka, feel free to watch below.

Conway – Cooked in Hells Kitchen

• May 1, 2017
Conway - Cooked in Hells Kitchen

Conway – Cooked in Hells Kitchen

Fresh off his announcement on signing to Shady Records, here is the latest video for Griselda Records artist Conway, titled Cooked in Hells Kitchen.

Conway the machine is one of the hottest (and sickest) rappers who’s emerged over the past couple of years. Cooked in Hells Kitchen is a perfect example of the seemingly effortless flow and subject content we can expect from him. The single has been produced by Griselda Records’ Daringer (who also produced Westside Gunn’s Raw is FlyGod) and has already been picked up and shared across the biggest blogs and websites, all supporting the movement. The video is directed by Gusto Gold and edited by David Sakolsky.

Daringer spoke to Nah Right about Cooked in Hells Kitchen. Here is what he had to say.

“I was going through records, and that dark bassline just popped out. I was like, ‘This is kind of ill, let me see if I can find some drums.’ I’ve gotten so many questions about what I did with that beat. It’s another simple one, just the bassline and a guitar. I didn’t really do the toppings over it like I would normally do with the extra sounds on it. I just chopped those guitar sounds and threw a crazy effect on it, and people are thinking I got a live guitar player in here, hitting pedals. Or they think I got a crazy plug-in. I can hear a rock band playing that shit, it sounds like some ill metal shit almost.

“That’s going on Conway’s album The G.O.A.T. That’s a good thing too about dropping it on the Soundcloud, in terms of seeing what’s album-worthy and what’s just gonna be a loosie.”
