yea, that sounds good. only problem is that ppl can just post up any of their old songs that they may have worked on for weeks and finished years ago. in battles we know both mcees have the same time limit and actually record their stuff during the tourny.

and its gonna be something like 4 rounds...
15-20 people (if we get that many to signup for it) - 1st round.
10 people - 2nd round.
5 people - 3rd round
3 people - 4th round.
1st place.
2nd place.
3rd place.
theres going to be some sort of prize involved..
me and low discussed having the first place winners 4 songs (maybe 3-5 more) being zipped and hosted on the HHK site for free download, along with getting some hhk myspace page shine, and if its not already an HHK Artist whos done one.. an interview.. maybe an audio interview...
but 2nd place & 3rd place will get something too.. in fact everyone will get something... best songs outta the tourny compiled into an HHK mixtape of sorts(we were gonna do this with the last audio battle tourny but that shit fell apart)...

actually what you should do, if you are indeed doing a concept type tourney
give each contestant the same beat to make the song with...
that takes away from the (year to prepare shit that jolly was talkin about)
Contestants: m.S. [vs] J-D
Instrumental: Atmosphere - Little Man
that's the best way to do things...don't give a theme or anything, just a beat that both have to use.

but yeah im down for this, or do you like need 50 posts and stuff like that.
only problem with same beat things, what if people have acapells they can mess with? probably won't match the beat but yeah, good idea and im down for it if possible.

i think there should still be the same topic for both mc's so that in a vote u could choose who flipped that concept better... if its two completly different concepts its harder to choose cuz they could both be ill in their own ways.
