sometimes i carry words too heavy
and the stress begins
I try sharing them just to be a good person
then the questions come
why does she understand you better than me
why does he know about this and i dont
just trying to share the words they want
and all i do is get fucked over
by friends who want lovers words
lovers who want to be friend
and i take notes of this for the next time the words get heavy
sent my lover words for my pal
my buddy got the lust
it's bitter to them and they don't want to be either
so who do I give these words to now
nobody, i'm gonna keep these words to myself
and when they get too heavy
i'll write them in a poem
