Fat Boy Radio! have provided me with plenty of great video content over the past few months. Previous artists who have featured on the show include the likes of A.S.H.E.S, David E.Beats and Dyme-A-Duzin. Fat Boy Radio! also covered a Hip-Hop Kings favourite in the form of D Julien. March 9th is a celebration of one of the best rappers to ever walk the earth. Notorious B.I.G aka Biggie Smalls was killed on this day, and bloggers, radio personalities and DJ’s across the world will be bumping Biggie to remember the legend and arguable the greatest ever Hip-Hop performer. Kokane is without a doubt a West Coast Hip-Hop legend after a successful music career which spans way over a decade. Kokane previously released the single Twilight Zone which was featured on Hip-Hop Kings, and now Kokane has released the video to continue promotion for the record. I was sent the brand new Mr Drastick video for the single “Palm Of My Hands” which has been directed by DJ Gone. The pair have managed to create a capitulating piece of video which is sure to not only boost the profile of both Mr Drastick and DJ Gone, but also raise general awareness of U.K Hip-Hop across the Internet. Hip Hop Chronicle Interview with Statik Selektah [Video]

The Hip Hop Chronicle has interviewed Statik Selektah during his time in the U.K for an exclusive chat about the DJ’s career. Quizzed about his “Thrill Is Gone” track, Statik Selektah revealed that Kanye West had a song on that beat for the 808’s Heartbreak album, however it was finally snapped up by Styles, who advised only Talib and Bun B should rap over the beat. News about “All In A Days Work 2″ with Saigon was also mentioned, and you can watch the answer in the Statik Selektah interview below.

This is a great example as to why Hip-Hop has gone global. From the Bronx to the boardrooms, K.I.N.E.T.I.K has teamed up with Jamieson for their new collaborative single “It Aint Hard To See”. K.I.N.E.T.I.K is now planting his mark in London, with Jamieson now residing in New York. The video has been directed by Eif & Los for Smoking Gun music, and is creative in more ways than one.
