Souls of Mischief Interview [Exclusive]

Here is a brand new exclusive from Hip-Hop Kings as I interviewed Hip-Hop legends Souls of Mischief during their U.K tour. You’ll be aware that only a few days ago I reviewed the Rodney P and Skitz show in Leeds (my city), and Souls of Mischief also stopped by to perform. Souls of Mischief were asked about their new album Montezuma’s Revenge, their personal favourite tracks from the album, and my personal favourite Postal. The Souls of Mischief were over in the U.K to perform live at the Carhartt store in London on the 9th November 2009. We have live video footage which has kindly been passed through Tim and Barry TV, which is a live recording of their main single “Proper Aim”. We previously hosted the brand new single from Souls Of Mischief called Proper Aim, and now we have the Steven Lopez directed official video. Souls Of Mischief also released news of their brand new album Montezumas Revenge. Souls Of Mischief have an aggressive promotional campaign which has included the in-store performance in the U.K, along with updates and leaks from the new album. We’ve got hold of a great new single by Souls of Mischief called “Proper Aim”. Released through the record label Hiero Imperium on 25th January 2010, Souls of Mischief are keen to re-establish the buzz that surrounded the group with the release of 93 Til Infinity in 1993. Souls of Mischief were recently interviewed which can be viewed on the link below.

For the new album “Montezumas Revenge” Souls of Mischief have teamed up with legendary producer Prince Paul, and Domino from the group Hieroglyphic’s. The duo’s influence is set to be instrumental in the outcome of the album, which is very focused towards a specific vibe and style. Souls Of Mischief In Store Performance [News]

On Monday 9th November, the Souls Of Mischief will be doing a live in-store performance at the Carhartt store in Covent Garden (Earlham St). The purpose is to celebrate the forthcoming Souls Of Mischief’s album “Montezuma’s Revenge” which has been entirely produced by Prince Paul. The in-store performance will be free, and also feature Skandal, Charlie Sloth, Mr. Thing and Charlee Brown. It will also be hosted by U.K legend Mystro.
