Retired rapper DMX, is in trouble with the law yet again. Earl Simmons was part of a three-car collision on Friday night (15th). He was driving on the Deegan Expressway, when he hit a car that smashed into a police vehicle.

DMX has had several offences in the past regarding driving related incidents. In 2004, the police caught X with a clocked speed over 100mph in a 65mph-limit zone.

DMX’s lawyers reached an agreement with the officials in relation to the JFK incident. His license has been suspended, and X will have to pay a fine, and forfeit his Ford Expedition.
