News Back To Archives News   Prev    Next Foxy Brown Misses Court Case Date Published on 12 July, 2006 Email To Friend  Foxy Brown is the latest in the long line of stars who continue to miss Court Cases, as the hip-hop singer was set to answer questions regarding a lawsuit filed by her former assistant, who claims that her former employee harassed her, made terrorist threats and verbal abused her. Additional claims of abuse are reported to be Foxy and two assistants going to Ellis' house and threatening her. The situation was described as a complete mess. Foxy unattended for “unknown reasons”, and reasons still have not been disclosed. The judge did not issue an arrest warrant for Foxy, because the prosecuter (Ellis) also unattended. The reason this time was disclosed, as Ellis went to the wrong courtroom! The date has been rescheduled for August 23rd, where all parties involved are expected to attend. Brown is still scheduled in court on July 17 to face charges of assaulting two nail salon employees during a dispute over payment in August 2004. If Foxy fails to attend, she is set to be in serious trouble, and a prison sentence is almost inevitable.
