Published on 21 September, 2006 Email To Friend  Mario Etheridge stood before a judge today, to learn that he was guilty on two charges. One of concealing a firearm, which holds a maximum of five years in prison, and secondly of discharge of  a firearm in a concealed location, which holds a further maximum four years in prison. As Hip-HopKings previously reported, Kym Worthy dropped the murder charges, so Mario will not be charged for that. Etheridge has had no previous convictions, so even though the charges are serious, the defendant may be sentences to probation, or a suspended sentence. "No one can calm a violent situation down by introducing a weapon," Walker said Wednesday. "Today's verdict proves this." Friends and family of Proof will be delighted with the outcome, as the Judge is looking to capitalise on the maximum sentences for each charge. It is rumoured that if Etheridge is sentenced to prison, he will only spend a maximum of five years, due to the fact he has had no previous convictions. The sentencing will take place on October 17th, where Etheridge will learn the consequences for his actions.
