On November the 21st the prosecutors of Irv Gotti and Tha Inc. will present their case that the Inc. was involved in an attempt to shoot and murder 50 Cent.  They will be attempting to link Irv Gotti to a well known New York Gangster Darryl ‘Hommo’ Baum.

According to rumors it was ‘Hommo’ who shot 50 Cent in the now infamous incident where 50 (born Curtis Jackson) sustained nine bullet wounds while sitting on a bench in New York.  Evidence for the prosecution is likely to include lyrics by 50 Cent and several other sources such as a Playboy interview where 50 identified Baum as the assassin.

It is suspected by many that the court will subpoena 50 Cent to appear in court to testify on the details and events of his shooting, while Irv can simply watch as his trial goes from bad to worse.
