Mims is in hot water after being hit with a $7.5 million civil lawsuit, after claims he failed to fulfil a deal because of his discriminatory attitude towards women.

Marquitta Blair, 22, filed the lawsuit at the Rockland County Court. She sent a $2,500 down payment to Mims' agents for a performance in the Eugene nightclub in Manhattan.

The rapper failed to show because of his views towards women, which are quotes as, "pattern of conduct involving the belittlement and degradation of females as 'bitches and hoe's". Blair also quoted Mims' lyrics in the lawsuit.

This Is Why I'm Hot has been on the top of the Billboard charts for 15 weeks.
