RELATED | DC vs Marvel (Who Will be Victorious)
Danny Rand aka The Iron First is the character who’ll be taking centre stage as Marvel announce a brand new ongoing series titled “The Living Weapon”. Written by Kaare Andrews (Spiderman: Reign A+X), Danny Rand once again will channel the power of the ancient dragon Shou-Lao as the fist of vengence strikes again. Iron Fist: The Living Weapon will also include a code for a free digital copy of the same comic on the Marvel Comics app on the iOS and Android devices, but the physical comic hits shops this April. Take a look at some pictures below.

DOWNLOAD | Ill Poetic – Main Street Mission
I’m fortunate to speak with Ill Poetic who as an artist, and person never fails to impress me. His recent single “Main Street Mission” is the latest offering, with a nice story behind the reason of its existance.
My wife and I got in the habit of buying $5 gift cards to fast food spots and keeping them in the car to give to homeless people when we hit an intersection. With a $5 giftcard to Wendys, especially in this weather, you can get 2-5 meals which at least guarantees a warm place to hang out for as long as possible. Every time we do this, this “Main Street Mission” song I made a little while ago pops up in my head, so I figured now would be a good time to drop it. This isn’t a corny “help the homeless” Will.I.am song. Just a reminder that it’s cold as shit outside and some people have way more to worry about for the holidays than Black Friday sales.

I was introduced to Imperial through his work with Kinetik on the recent collaboration project “Pencils not Pistols”. Imperial has recently released his remix to Kanye West – Diamonds from Sierra Leone. Imperial has done a hell of a job (considering the original remix with Jay-Z contains one of my favourite Jigga verses ever), and to complement Imperial further, he puts his very unique stamp on the remix. Check out Imperial’s work with Kinetik on Pencils not Pencils by clicking on the link above. However, you can listen to Imperial – Diamonds from Sierra Leone Remix on the audio player below.

You may have seen #Thalente hopping around twitter recently and this is yet another video which proves the internet can be used for good things.
Thalente (meaning talent in Zulu) is a South African skater from Duban who has been living on the streets since he was 11 and until a few days ago was only known by a small few who had taken an interest in the African skate scene. Thalente has stirred that much of an interest in the skateboarding world from his relaxed style and quite extensive bag of tricks, and his quite tragic back story has only aided peoples interest in the young talent. Take a second to watch the video below and see for yourself the potential this kid has, I think he is definitely someone to watch, or remember the name of in the next few years in the skateboarding scene.
