Japanese DJ Krush and Mr Thing will be performing live at the Electric Ballroom on 29th April 2010. Tickets can be purchased from ticketweb and £14.00 is the advanced price. Doors will open at 19:00 and DJ Krush will be live on stage at 21:00. DJ Krush is credited for being one of the first DJ’s to use turntables as live instruments, doing free sessions with live musicians on stage. Still going strong with his Open Bar Season – WEB released the track Off The Wall which is week nine of his collaborative project with Kevin Nottingham. WEB plans to release one new track per week in conjunction with Kevin Nottingham, in a bid to widen his fanbase online. Inspired through Jay-Z’s single “Death of Autotune” Strap (Strength Through Rhythm And Poetry) has released a brand new mixtape Rebirth Of Autotune. Strap has worked hard getting the mixtape publicity, and furthermore had interviews and feautres on the lkes of RapTalk.net, Soprupradio and DubCNN.
