Premiered on Charlie Sloth’s 1xtra show on the BBC, Sam Khan returns with a brand new track called “Spell My Name” which will be featured on Sam Khan‘s upcoming album “Only One Me”. The new album will be available through BSomebody from July 19th, and is a must-have for any U.K Hip-Hop fan. Sam is getting support from other top DJ’s including Choice FM’s Jerry Francis, and BBC Asian Network’s DJ Kayper. For those who don’t know, Grand Central is a Hip-Hop duo that consists of Mr Drastick and Kinetik Energy, two artists who are firm favourites on Hip-Hop Kings. The wait is finally over as Cyrus Malachi releases his new mixtape “The Isis Papers”. Presented by No Cure Records, The Isis Mixtape has been mixed and cut by DJ Switch and DJ Furious P, and is available to fans as a free download. Production on The Isis Papers comes from the likes of Endemic, Beat Butcha and Jon Phonics, whilst guest appearances feature Melanin 9 amongst others. Cyrus Malachi will be hosting an in-store event in Nottingham at OhMyGosh Records which free beers and drinks for fans. As Hip-Hop Kings previously advised, DJ Muggs and Ill Bill are releasing their album “Kill Devil Hills” on August 24th through Fat Beats Records. The new video is the trailer for the single Cult Assassin which will be available later in the month. Pharoahe Monch is getting ready to release his new album W.A.R with the debut record “Shine” which has been produced by Diamond D and features Mela Machinko. Pharoahe Monch‘s W.A.R album will be released through W.A.R Media (which is a subsidary of Duck Down Music) that Pharoahe Monch has setup for himself. I caught up with Leeds rapper Chief Wigz in an exclusive two-part interview. Chief Wigz in a leading artist in the West Yorkshire region, and has recently released his self-titled album which is available now. I asked Chief Wigz about the new album, and his personal favourite tracks, along with the record label Dont Talk to Strangers, and his 9 Lives Crew.
