As almost expected, the album has leaked onto the Internet following a listening party in London, however the general consensus is fans have already pre-ordered Cole World, and refuse to download the leak. This alone signifies the special circumstances surrounding this man and his music. J Cole was quoted today saying

The Hip-Hop world eagerly awaits as we’ve learned J. Cole‘s forthcoming album (officially now titled Cole’s World) is complete and is in the mastering process. We await to see the final track listing as a rumored and unconfirmed track listing has been posted on the Internet. I have a new leaked track from J.Cole titled “Disgusting” which probably won’t be featured on the new album. Cole’s World will be released via Roc Nation, and Jay-Z has been credited as the executive producer for the project. You can listen to J.Cole – Disgusting on the audio player below.
Celebrating another album today is DJ Deadeye with his debut “Substance Abuse” in conjunction with Brick / ST.Records. DJ Deadeye has had a great promotion campaign, and I’m happy to share one other track from the album which features Slaine, Esoteric, Krumbsnatcha and Easy Money for the song “Livin Lost”. The track is typically the boom-bap style of Hip-Hop DJ Deadeye fans love, and is a great example of what to expect on “Substance Abuse”. You can listen to DJ Deadeye ft Slaine, Esoteric, Krumbsnatcha and Easy Money – Livin Lost on the audio player below.
A lot has been said (as usual) about the forthcoming Kanye West album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” and I’ve recently been sent the latest leak called Dark Fantasy. According to the track listing for Kanye West‘s new album, Dark Fantasy is the first track, and has been produced by Wu-Tang Clan frontman RZA. Kanye West has already leaked the likes of Power, and Runaway which have been making the rounds on the Internet. The artwork for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has caused contraversy as certain retailers refused to shelve the album due to the images. You can view the proposed artwork below, and you can also listen to Kanye West – Dark Fantasy below.
