As Hip-Hop Kings fans are aware, Raps United Nation (RUN) is a project started by M.O.P’s Billy Danze, and is designed to give exposure to International Hip-Hop artists looking to further their careers. I’m pleased to announce that alongside U.K Hip-Hop DJ 279, Raps United Nation have released the 1st Wave CD which has been made available as a free download/stream. Familiar names including the likes of Locksmyth, Phoenix Da Icefire, Spida Lee, Klashnekoff and More1 to name a few are featured on the new twenty-two track project. As Hip-Hop Kings previously reported, M.O.P’s Billy Danze is presenting a brand new project named “Raps United Nation (RUN)“. I have a brand new leak from the project from Kid Called Quest ft Big Pooh, Hassan Mackey and L.I called “Silicone”. The album “First Wave” is available on 14th February 2012, and also features tracks “Grown Man B.I.” by D-Dub and “Battlefield” by Dutch. Throughout his career, Billy Danze of MOP has toured globally and met and performed with countless underground Hip-Hop artists. Acknowledging their frustrations and difficulties in obtaining major deals, Billy Danze announces his new project Rap United Nations (RUN). It gives artists the chance to be heard on a larger scale, and with a united front, support each other to achieve one common goal. We’ve already heard “Cut My Throat” which was one of my favourite tracks this year.
