October 30th marks the release of the new MHz Legacy titled album via Man Bites Dog Records, and possibly the last leak from the project ahead of the release comes from Copywrite and RJD2 ft Slug called “Satisifed”. Premiered by MTV Hive, Satisified is one of six songs that reunites RJD2 with the group which is something set to delight fans upon release day. MHz Legacy has guest features from the biggest Hip-Hop artists to date, along with Man Bites Dog producers and artists too. At Mass Appeal CMJ Takeover show at Gramercy Theater in NYC, Large Professor freestyled over one of Audible Doctor’s beats (Boom Bap) for the capacity crowd to enjoy. Suus is more familiar to Hip-Hop Kings fans with his Don’t Flop battles, however the Newcastle-based MC has shared his latest single “Don’t Lose Your Grip”. Suus has called upon Antidote and Jefferson Price who feature on the single, which has been produced by Pro P. News has also surfaced that Suus and Pro P are working on a collaborative album “The Breakfast LP”which will be available late 2012. We have no news whether Suus will be planning any battles in the near future, however he won’t be featuring at the Don’t Flop 4th Birthday event this weekend. Jamieson teamed up with RSupreme who’s featured in the video on the 1s and 2s, and the pre-written has been well received by fans since it’s release earlier in October. Jamieson has been supported by Hip-Hop Kings for a number of years, and the New York-based MC has a number of mixtapes and videos available on the Hip-Hop Kings archives you can search and download. Taken from “The Man With the Iron Fists” OST, this is the new track from Wu-Tang Clan ft Kool G Rap called “Rivers of Blood”. When the Hip-Hop world was given the news that RZA was nominated as the executive producer for the OST, we’ve been looking for new music daily, and Rivers of Blood features the legendary Kool G Rap makes track six on the OST. As many Brown Bag AllStars fanatics know, the most recent project “Brown Label 2″ is now available to fans to download (link above), and the BBAS crew celebrated with a release party earlier this month. The below video is the first of many from the BBAS camp, titled “J57 Makes a Beat” which also features Soul Khan and Koncept. Credits go to MFCP (Macro Films & Civil Productions) who are responsible for the video, along with Shot by Rob Levy, Joe Gherardi and Jameson Canning who shot the footage.
