Prose have teamed up with Kashmere for the track “Verbal Attack” and Steady is responsible for the production and mixing of the E.P as well. U.K based rap/rock group Kings of the City return to Hip-Hop Kings with the video for their latest single “The Devil” which is featured on the groups’ latest”No Guts No Glory” double EP. Fans can download No Guts No Glory from the link listed above, and “The Devil” is the lead single for the project, which is Kings of the City’s latest offering to fans. Leo Horsfield directed “The Devil” and filming rights go to LEV Collective who did an incredible job with the visuals. The Devil also features rising Hollywood actress Hazel D’Jan who will be staring in the upcoming movie Liberty City: The American Dream. Jehst Produces New Album Kingdom of Fear

Fresh off his performance at the BoomBap Festival 2012, YNR Records artist Jehst has announced he’ll be producing a brand new album titled “Kingdom of Fear” on 15th October 2012. The news will delight U.K Hip-Hop fans across the country, along with the scene who widely regard Jehst as one of the best ever UK MC’s to ever grace a microphone. Kingdom of Fear has been inspired by Hunter S Thompson, who is credited as the creator of “Gonzo Journalism” and is famous for works such as “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”. The album features an un-named MC, along with guest appearances from his YNR label mates, which Jehst describes as “something that nobody has ever done”. As the Hip-Hop world is aware, it was announced the famous Fat Beats stores in New York and L.A would close their stores in 2010 to move online, and the Brown Bag AllStars have released a brand new video titled “406 (Fat Beats Tribute). Directed by Robert Adam Mayer and co-film and edits by Robert Levy of Civil Productions the video features each Brown Bag AllStar member giving their individual tribute to the landmark Hip-Hop store. Archived footage and pictures are used in the video, for the single which will be featured on the upcoming “Brown Label E.P” which will be dropping September 4th 2012. Wu-Tang Clan and D Block Announce the Release of Wu Block

If there was anything as big as the Slaughterhouse album this year, we’ve probably found it in the new joint project between Wu-Tang Clan and D-Block titled “Wu Block”. The two legendary Hip-Hop groups have joined forces to release Wu Block in the UK on 8th October 2012, and the likes of Ghostface Killah, Sheek Louch, Method Man, Raekwon The Chef, GZA, Jadakiss, Masta Killah, and Styles P all feature. The first official single “Union Square”, features Ghostface Killah and Sheek Louch and is available to download on the iTunes link above. I have news that the next single will be called “Stick ‘em Up”, featuring Sheek Louch, Ghostface Killah and Jadakiss. You can listen to “Union Square” on the soundcloud player below.

Making his return to Hip-Hop Kings is Insane Macbeth, with his 2012 street single “The Strongest Endz”. Insane Macbeth has teamed up with Poisonous Poets member Reveal, who he’s produced for previously, and the collaboration has seen a great finished product in The Strongest Endz. Insane Macbeth has also released “Can’t, Couldn’t, Could Never” last month along with Karl Hinds, which was the second official street single of the year.
