This is a brand new single from Wu-Tang Clan members Raekwon and Ghostface called “Slim Thick Remix”. Reworking the original by Fabolous, Raekwon and Ghostface drop their verses and producer credits go to Frank G and Roadsart. New York rapper Fabolous has revealed that the sequel to his 2009 album, “Loso’s Way” will be released in the fall.
The album will be titled “Loso’s Way 2: The Rise to Power” and it will be released on the 13th September, chosen with his debut being released on the 11th September, 2001.
“That’s coming in September, man. We lookin’ to do that around September 13th, actually, because September 11th is when my first album dropped 10 years ago,” he told Hot 106’s Rise & Grind Morning Show. “That was also the tragic day of 9/11, so my album dropped that same day and we kind of want to do a 10-year anniversary kind of feel.”
Fabolous wouldn’t reveal too much about guest spots, but he said “I’m working with a lot of guys right now. It’s still in the baby stages, so I don’t want to give too much of the info right now, but it’s soon to come. Everything will be out there,” he said, running down his wish list. “Nas, Eminem, Fergie – I think Fergie’s voice is really dope. A lot of people, man. Jadakiss, Rick Ross. We got a lot of people to look out for on this album coming, man.”

Fabolous has announced that he is working on a collaboration album with R’n’B singer Ne-Yo and the project will be produced by Ryan Leslie.
The pair have previously worked together when they made their 2007 hit “Make Me Better”, and now the rapper has decided to make an entire album with the singer. The Brooklyn rhymer has compared the project to Jay-Z and R. Kelly’s “Best of Both Worlds”.
“I think this year too I might be doing this project with Ne-Yo finally,” said Fabolous to XXLmag.com. “We’ve been in talks for a minute. It’s really sounding like it’s gonna get done. Ne-Yo is really hyped about it. I just fell back on it, but now I see the wheels are turning a little bit. I think we need that for the game. Some of the allure from the game is gone. You see people doing less numbers, so now let’s do some vanity projects where people are collaborating together.”
It has been reported that Ryan Leslie will produce the project who has produced for the pair in the past.
I tend to use Twitter quite frequently, and it’s great when two artists go twit-to-twit at one another. As everybody has probably seen, Yung Berg got punched during a scuffle which video footage was passed to VladTV. Now Fabolous made sure that #yungbergshead was a trending topic on Twitter, which had the rap-star respond about Fabolous’ chipped tooth. Check out the screenshots below.
