The latest Hip-Hop Kings exclusive saw myself and Creation (@CreationBeats) meet with U.K Hip-Hop legends Rhyme Asylum for a brand new freestyle and interview. Known for his multi-sylablle rhyming and very clever wordplay, Captial R is rated as one of the most exciting U.K Hip-Hop talents to watch for 2012, and this statement was cemented as he performed at the legendary Outlook Festival in 2011. Kings of the City Freestyle and Interview | http://bit.ly/tnypGx
Following a massive 2011, Kings of the City are back with the video to their single “Make Me Worse”. As Hip-Hop Kings readers are aware, I interviewed Kings of the City last year during their U.K tour with Maverick Sabre, and Kings of the City exclusively performed an acapella of “Make Me Worse” alongside an interview and freestyles (link above). With support from some key tastemakers and DJ’s in the U.K Hip-Hop industry, Kings of the City are set to become household names in 2012, and Make Me Worse is a fine example of what to expect throughout the course of the year. You can watch the brand new video from Kings of the City – Make Me Worse on the video player below.
I’m a little late in sharing this one, however very recently Slaughterhouse joined Funk Flex on his Hot 97 show for a brand new freestyle. The duo that make Slaughterhouse (Joe Budden, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce Da 5’9) show exactly why they are still the most talked about Hip-Hop supergroup. Slaughterhouse have conducted a number of interviews and made live appearances throughout 2011 in preperation of their debut album on Shady Records which will be available to fans in 2012. Joell Ortiz from the group confirmed in an exclusive interview with Hip-Hop Kings that Eminem will feature on the new album. You can listen to Slaughterhouse – Funk Flex Freestyle on the hulkshare player below.
