Rhyme Asylum had just finished their set at the last ever Beats and Pieces held in Huddersfield, and I was quick to ask about the new music that fans can be expecting in 2012. Rhyme Asylum also discuss their personal favourite tracks from albums “State of Lunacy” and “Solitary Confinement” and what they’ve been doing since the last release in 2012. Raine Wilder Freestyle and Interview with Hip-Hop Kings
In another exclusive feature for Hip-Hop Kings, we spoke with International Hip-Hop artist Raine Wilder during his U.K tour towards the end of 2011. Raine Wilder is a Ohio-based Hip-Hop artist, who self-funded a tour to play a number of locations in the U.K including London, Sheffield, Hull and Huddersfield. As Hip-Hop Kings previously reported, Jamieson is working to release his upcoming mixtape “I Came I Saw Vol.3″, and to kick start the promotion of the mixtape we have the brand new “London (Freestyle” video. Jamieson is originally from North West London, however relocated to New York where he has met, and collaborated with a number of high profile artists including RZA, Joell Ortiz, Skyzoo and Emilio Rojas. Hip-Hop Kings fans will be familiar with Capital R after a series of tracks were posted on the website last year, and the Nottingham based Hip-Hop artist is back with his latest single “It’s The R”. Known for his multi-sylablle rhyming and very clever wordplay, Captial R is rated as one of the most exciting U.K Hip-Hop talents to watch for 2012, and this statement was cemented as he performed at the legendary Outlook Festival in 2011. I’m a little late in sharing this one, however very recently Slaughterhouse joined Funk Flex on his Hot 97 show for a brand new freestyle. The duo that make Slaughterhouse (Joe Budden, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce Da 5’9) show exactly why they are still the most talked about Hip-Hop supergroup. Slaughterhouse have conducted a number of interviews and made live appearances throughout 2011 in preperation of their debut album on Shady Records which will be available to fans in 2012. Joell Ortiz from the group confirmed in an exclusive interview with Hip-Hop Kings that Eminem will feature on the new album.
