About Game from Wikipedia.
Jayceon Terrell Taylor (born November 29, 1979), better known by his stage name Game, formerly The Game, is an American rapper and actor. As a member of G-Unit, he rose to fame in 2005 with the success of his debut album, The Documentary, which earned him two Grammy Award nominations. Followed by two more successful albums his second album Doctor’s Advocate in 2006, and his third album LAX in 2008. Game also runs his own record label The Black Wall Street Records. Since then, he is considered to be a driving force in reviving and bringing back the West Coast Hip-Hop scene, which had been overshadowed by artists from the East and South.
It was confirmed in May 2009 that Game began working on a new album. On June 26, 2009 Game released a song titled “Better on the Other Side” a Michael Jackson tribute, the day after Jackson’s death. It features Diddy, Mario Winans, Chris Brown, Usher & Boys II Men. On October 3, 2009, Snoop Dogg posted a picture on his Twitter of himself, Dr. Dre and Game in the studio working together, The picture was taken a day earlier and it marked the first time Game had worked with Dr. Dre for some years since the beef with former fellow G-Unit labelmate 50 Cent caused him to release his two following albums on Geffen Records. Later in early January 2010 Game posted a twitpic of him wearing a lot of Aftermath chains with a caption saying “It’s funny how things come Full Circle”. Later he confirmed that he had returned to Aftermath Entertainment. On June 3, 2011, Pitchfork Media announced that Game is working with Odd Future leader Tyler, The Creator on a track called “Martians vs. Goblins”.
A high profile line up combines to assist Raekwon on his latest single “Rock N Roll Remix” which has been leaked yesterday onto the Internet. Raekwon is planning his “Only Built For Cuban Linx 3″ album, and rumours suggest he’s also working on a follow-up to “Shaolin vs Wu Tang” with another album in 2011 which will feature Just Blaze and Kanye West amongst others. In the meantime you can listen to Raekwon ft DJ Khaled, Busta Rhymes, Game and Pharrell – Rock N Roll Remix on the audio player below.
After Hip-HopKings.com revealed that Game will be releasing the Purp and Patron Mixtape earlier this week, the rapper has now revealed the Purp & Patron: The Hangover Mixtape will be released today with 10 extra tracks that didn’t make the initial cut.
