Here is the first work from Mr Drastick in 2012 and it’s certainly not what I was expecting. The former Grand Central artist has created a mini-movie titled “Deception”, a story regarding Kwame and his girlfriend Jessica who decide to move to Ghana for an easier life. This is part one of the mini-movie, with part two in the works and available to fans later in the year. The track featured is called “Fake Friends” which is taken from the E.P and sountrack “Deception E.P” which is collaboration with Supa Dice. The Hip-Hop duo Grand Central (Mr Drastick and Kinetik) both released new projects at the end of May which are now available as free downloads to fans. Mr Drastick treated fans to his “The Last Gladiator Standing” and Kinetik with “The Kinesis Thesis Vol 2″ and both E.P’s are credited as the respective artists finest work to date. Grand Central are continuing to build in 2011, with plenty of new videos and music planned for the rest of the year, including God Loves Grinders Vol 2 (artwork above), however in the meantime you can view the download links for Mr Drastick – The Last Gladiator Standing and Kinetik – The Kinesis Thesis Vol 2 above.

Fans have been encouraged to vote on #teamkinetik or #teamdrastick ahead of the E.P releases, and I expect to hear leaked tracks and further promotion before the end of the month. Street Starz have captured Grand Central performing an impressive freestyle over the Rewd Adams “Kill Em Wit The Flow” beat in the background.
