U.K Hip-Hop artist Kinetik presents his latest single “Whole Life Ahead of Me” via his label Bass & Format Records. Following from the success of his latest album “Hip Hop is Forever” which is a regular on my playlist, Kinetik has this time teamed up with producer Jeremy Arey, who has sampled some of Kinetik’s favourite Hip-Hop artists for the hook, including Nas, AZ, Jay-Z and Big Daddy Kane among others. As HHK fans are aware, Imperial and Kinetik released their collaborative project “Pencils not Pistols” last year which is still available to download from the link above. Go Hard is one of the singles and with the help of Tone Richardson, quickly became a fan favourite. Following the excellent collaborative album “Hip Hop is Forever” with US-based Kurisoul, Kinetik returns with his latest single from a forthcoming three part series titled “Soul Mates Pt.1″. Kinetik has once again joined forces with Kurisoul for the track which analyses the complexities of love and friendship, but also acts a fitting tribute to a Hip-Hop legend who’s identity will be revealed later in the series. 1. Imperial came across Kinetik through an interview he read with Praverb. He listened to The Kinesis Thesis Vol.3 and tweeted him. This was the start.

Tone Richardson also features on the single/video and provides vocals for the chrous, and credits go to Nitevisions who directed the video. U.K Hip-Hop artist Kinetik and Kuroisoul have released the artwork and track listing for their forthcoming album “Hip Hop Is Forever”. The album is ten-tracks long, and after speaking to Kinetik during a private listening session, he explains that the decision was based on the concept of Nas’ classic Illmatic. Fans will be able to purchase the album from June 3rd from all good digital retailers including Bandcamp, Amazon and iTunes. Look out for an exclusive interview in the forthcoming weeks, speaking on the new record and the comparison to his last project “The Kinesis Thesis Vol.3″.
