When speaking of non conformists and artists pushing musical boundaries, MF Doom is no stranger to raised eye brows and his fair share of critiques. Doom has announced a new project with Karen Be called “DoomBe” which is a five-track E.P to be released on 5th October 2012. Shades of Delight is the first official leak from the project, and the video was premiered on Karen Be’s official youtube page to the delight of her, and Doom fans this week. Exactly nine days ago I posted the free download link for Oh No’s single “3 Dollars” which features MF Doom, and now I’ve been sent the official video for the single which will be featured on “Ohnomite”. The album Ohnomite will be available from the 5th June 2012, and the nineteen-track album features guest appearances from the likes of MF Doom, Evidence, Rapper Big Pooh, Roc Marciano, Guilty Simpson and Termanology among others. I expect to receive more promotion ahead of the album release (which can be pre-ordered from the lnk above). You can watch Oh No ft MF Doom – 3 Dollars from the youtube player below.

About Doomstarks from Wikipedia.
Swift & Changeable was the name given to an unfinished collaboration album between MF DOOM and Wu-Tang Clan’s Ghostface Killah which was announced in 2006 as a 2007 release. The project was described by Devin Horwitz of the Nature Sounds label as “about 75% done,” and produced by MF DOOM with one track by the late J Dilla.
Ghostface Killah & MF Doom appeared together (via digital enhancement) on a 2007 cover of Mass Appeal, which billed them as “GhostDOOM”. In a video interview MF Doom he referred to the project as “DoomStarks”. In a July 2009 interview, Ghostface Killah confirmed work on the album but later downplayed any hope of the album being made in an interview with Billboard Magazine.
One record they won’t hear for a while is his long-rumored collaboration with MF Doom. “Not as of right now,” he reports. “I’m about to go on the road again and I gotta finish up (the sequel to Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…) with Raekwon, so maybe when everything gets cleared out of the way, but we’ll find a space.”
The one song attributed to the project, “Angelz”, was released on MF Doom’s 2009 album Born Like This. Recently Nature Sounds released a new song in 2011 called “Victory Laps (Madvillainz Remix)” featuring both rappers and produced by the production duo. The original will be released later on in the month of July.
Following the release of Masta Ace and Edo’G's “Arts and Entertainment” album, Masta Ace teams up with Wordsworth for their collaborative video “I Refuse”. Masta Ace is currently touring so the track is very relevant to his current lifestyle and reflects on his thoughts of touring and travelling globally. Masta Ace stated via Twitter that “I Refuse” is an exclusive track for comedian Russell Peters. Additionally Masta Ace is rumoured to be working on a forthcoming album with MF Doom which will be available later 2011. You can download Masta Ace and Edo.G – Arts and Entertainment from the link above, however you can also listen to Masta Ace ft Wordsworth – I Refuse on the video player below.
This is a track from the 3:33 project. The joint features Underground Hip-Hop legend MF Doom and is titled Vomit.
About MF Doom from Wikipedia.
Daniel Dumile (pronounced /ˈduːmɪleɪ/, DOO-mə-lay) is a British American hip hop artist who has taken on several stage names in his career, most notably MF DOOM, where the “MF” stands for Mad Flows, Metal Fingers or Metal Face. He has appeared in several collaborative projects such as Danger Doom (with Danger Mouse) and Madvillain (with Madlib).
This is an album release i’m very excited about. Underground phenomenon DOOM is one of the most original and unique voices in Hip-Hop, and his new album “Unexpected Guests” has a release date of 27th October 2009. Released through the label Gold Dust, DOOM has teamed up with a series of A-star producers and rappers including Jake One, Vast Aire, Talib Kweli and GZA amongst others.
His work started in the early 90′s with the seminal KMD, to release legend-status projects under the alias’ MF DOOM, Madvillain, King Geedorah, Viktor Vaughn, and of course the work with Dangermouse on “Dangerdoom”. His trademark mask has always identified him as an artistic, and mysterious artist, and that status has always been reflected in his music as well. DOOM has a huge list of guest appearances on both the microphone and production as well.
Hip-Hop Kings will be reporting any updates on the release, including tracklisting, artwork, singles, and promotional material. Make sure you log back in for updates in the near future. DOOM’s album “Unexpected Guests” will be released on 27th October 2009.
