Big Cakes – My Soul DOWNLOAD Link – http://bit.ly/d7vwsE
The infamous Big Cakes has teamed up with an equally popular “Global Faction” for a brand new video for the single “My Soul”. The lyric-conscious “My Soul” is accompanied with a graphic music video which shows a team of surgeons searching for Big Cakes‘ soul, a perfect visual metaphor for the content of the track. Speaking to Big Cakes recently, fans will be delighted to hear his next album “Blue Cheese” should be released in the summer of 2011, which is the follow-up to his 2010 mixtapes “The Preheat” and “KFC”. Please support Big Cakes by downloading the single “My Soul” on the iTunes link listed above, however you can also watch the video for Big Cakes – My Soul on the video player below.

The king of Grime is no stranger to controversy, but fans can be delighted to hear that Big Dada Records will be releasing Wiley‘s next studio album “100% Publishing” on 4th July 2011. The title comes from the fact Wiley confirmed it’s the first time the whole album has been produced, vocalled, and written by Wiley himself. Wiley plans to release the single “Numbers In Action” in the forthcoming weeks to kick start promotion, however I have the official track listing for 100 Publishing which is listed below. Wiley will also be touring the U.K with a list of dates which I will post shortly. I’ll be following the campaign closely so look out for Wiley – 100% Publishing promotional material coming soon.

I’m proud to present an exclusive interview with Ohio-based rapper CopyWrite. I start the interview by talking about the new album “Life and Times of Peter Nelson” and discuss a couple of tracks (including a Marco Polo collaboration) which didn’t make the final track listing. CopyWrite and I both discuss our personal favourite tracks from the album, before moving onto darker topics including the death of Eyedea, and how CopyWrite dealt with the negative feedback from his tribute single Numb. Lastly we speak about his plans for 2011, and where fans can check for new music and news. Please support CopyWrite by downloading his latest album “Life and Times of Peter Nelson” from the link underneath. You can listen to the exclusive Hip-Hop Kings interview with CopyWrite below.
Making an introduction on Hip-Hop Kings is the massively talented producer “IMakeMadBeats” with his track “Heard Of Me”. The IMakeMadBeats album will also feature guest appearances from Smif N Wessun, Sabac Red and more. For those who have seen the new VW Polo advert, IMakeMadBeats was the producer for the Roc C and Oh No track used in the music. You can listen to IMakeMadBeats ft Black Milk, Butta Verses and TzariZM – Heard Of Me below.
UPDATE – At the request of IMMB and his team, I have temporarily removed the single from Hip-Hop Kings. I’ll re-stream the single once it becomes available. Thank you. You can listen to IMakeMadBeats ft Black Milk, Butta Verses and TzariZM – Heard of Me on the audio player below.

As the Hip-Hop world prepares for Lupe Fiasco‘s third studio album “Lasers”, a new track has been leaked onto the Internet titled “The Show Goes On”. The track was premiered by Lupe Fiasco himself on his UStream channel, and continues to build on the excitement that Lasers has already created. It’s worth noting that Lupe Fiasco is the only artist to have ever received two critically-acclaimed album review ratings on Hip-Hop Kings, and I personally hope we can make it three. You can listen to Lupe Fiasco – The Show Goes On below.
