JR x PH7 - Invitation

JR x PH7 – Invitation

We see the return of JR x PH7 to Hip-Hop Kings with their new single Invitation. The pair team up with Phonte and Tamisha Waden on the track.

The Invitation single is taken from the upcoming JR x PH7 album “Coral Cadavers”. The new album will be released via our friends at Below System Records on the 16th June 2017. JR was asked about the collaboration with Phonte and Tamisha Waden and was quoted below.

“We initially linked up with Phonte through a mutual friend when we were recording our album The Good Life (2012). When we played him a track we had in mind for him he was down to work and also brought Median on board (for the track “Goodbye”). When we started working on “Invitation” for the Coral Cadavers album it sounded like a joint that he’d fit perfectly on. The feeling was mutual so he jumped on it and he also had the idea to have Tamisha lay the chorus. Needless to say that we are very happy with the outcome.”

The Coral Cadavers album features other guest appearances from the likes of Roc Marciano,Stalley and Rah Digga. Infact, we have the official tracklisting below.
