On 13th November 2012, super producer 9th Wonder and Duck Down Records co-founder Buckshot will be releasing a collaborative album titled “The Solution”, and to start promotion for the album we have the first official leak titled “The Change Up”. The video has been directed by Kenneth Price, and was premiered today by Red Bull who frequently showcase exclusives from the Duck Down Records roster. “The Solution” will be released via Jam;a/Duck Down Records, and I can confirm we have the official artwork for the album which is listed above. As I reported early May when Brother Ali dropped a video for the single “Not a Day Goes By” news has finally reached the blogosphere that Brother Ali will be releasing his new album Mourning in America and Dreaming in Color on 21st August 2012 via Rhymesayers Entertainment. Brother Ali has been supportive, and has been supported by Hip-Hop Kings for a number of years, and I’m as excited as ever to hear some new material to a man who’s widely regarded as an underground Hip-Hop legend. The album Ohnomite will be available from the 5th June 2012, and the nineteen-track album features guest appearances from the likes of MF Doom, Evidence, Rapper Big Pooh, Roc Marciano, Guilty Simpson and Termanology among others.
