Offender Movie Trailer
A brand new British film titled “Offender” will be in cinemas on August 8th 2012, and features appearances from the likes of English Frank and Mic Righteous amongst others. I recently visited Revolver Studios to speak to English Frank about the upcoming movie, and his role as character Jake. Mic Righteous, G Fresh and Scorcher also play parts alongside the main lead Joe Cole. Global Gathering 2012
The infamous Global Gathering festival has announced the line-up for 2012. A range of superstars will be involved including the likes of Maverick Sabre, P Money, Skepta and Dot Rotten. The festival will be held at Stratford Upon Avon, on the 27th and 28th July, and fans are able to get a wide variety of tickets and packages to make the weekend truly memorable. Music fans of all genres will be entertained with at least 30+ big names performing throughout the weekend. When I first heard DJ Premier and Bumpy Knuckles were working together for a brand new collaborative album I knew we were in for a treat. Introducing “KoleXXXion”, the new album will be released in assosiation with Gracie Productions. While DJ Premier is rocking SXSW, fans in New York City can look out for March 26th which is the official DJ Premier and Bumpy Knuckles album release party, hosted by Sway and Flavour Flav. A familiar name amongst Hip-Hop Kings readers is London-born New York-based Jamieson, and we have a brand new video explaining the plans for releasing his third part of the “I Came I Saw” series. Jamieson gets quotes and videos from Hip-Hop CEO Steve Rifkind, Shady Records artist Yelawolf and Wu-Tang Clan legend RZA. Jamieson explains his early history in moving to New York, his features on the first two “I Came I Saw” projects which included Skyzoo and Emilio Rojas, and Sean Price and Joell Ortiz. Look out for some more big name features for volume three, and of course major support from the largest of blogs. To begin promotion Invy Da Truth has released a short video for the project which is hosted by Shadyville DJ’s and Guilty Simpson and has once again featured heavy production from Chanes.
